The Hebrew Israel newspaper today reported that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu appears before the Central Court in Jerusalem in a secret session.
The Central Court in Jerusalem rejected, for the second time, in one day, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is required by the International Criminal Court, requested that his trial sessions be postponed for two weeks.
After refusing Netanyahu’s request to postpone his trial
Netanyahu had submitted the first postponement request, but he was rejected, then he renewed his request while submitting a secret document claiming to support his position and clarify his expected agenda, but the court did not take this document into consideration and rejected the request again.
The Judges Authority stated that the schedule provided does not contain exceptional details that justify the postponement of the sessions, and stressed the continued summons of Netanyahu to appear before the court on time.
