Less than 24 hours after President Trump and Elon Musk’s involvement in a sharp public dispute, Trump decided to sell the red Tesla he obtained in March, according to a White House official who spoke on the condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to speak publicly, according to the New York Times.

The car that Trump obtained in March, which is usually parking on West Estriciv Avenue at the presidential headquarters, is one of the first concrete losses, but it is likely that it will not be the last of the broken alliance.
Mr. Trump has always criticized electric cars strongly, stressing that their prices are very high and not enough to travel enough distances.
But this was before he and Mr. Musk, the technological billionaire who is the CEO of Tesla, was their unexpected partnership and before Mr. Mask spent about 275 million dollars to help the election of Mr. Trump last year, and before Mr. Musk was chosen to lead efforts to reduce the federal workforce.
In March, and with Tesla’s confrontation with sharp criticism of the role of Mr. Musk in the Trump administration, Mr. Trump and Mr. Musk organized an event in the White House, where they reviewed different models of Tesla.
