The beginning was that the security services in the Qena Security Directorate received a notification from the operating room stating that a report was drowned by the sides of the side canal of Sheikh Rakab in the village of Al -Jablaw of the Qena Center, and immediately a ambulance was paid to the accident site.
With the transfer and examination, it was found that Saber M., 12 years old, was drowned in the side canal of Sheikh Rakab in the village of Al -Jablaw of the Qena Center, and the body was transferred to the morgue of Qena General Hospital at the disposal of the competent authorities.
A report of the incident was issued and the investigation authorities were notified to undertake the investigations, which cost the Criminal Investigation Department to intensify efforts to uncover the circumstances of the accident.
