Today, Sunday, the first day of the General Secondary School in Alexandria Governorate, where 589 thousand and 911 male and female students, were performed by religious education and national education exams, within 149 exam committees.
General Secondary Examinations in Alexandria
Dr. Arabi Abu Zaid, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Alexandria, said that the total number of students applying for high school exams this year is 58911 thousand students, including 15,699 students of the Literary Division, and 12271 students in the Mathematics Division, 28312 for the Division of Science, 2629 students.
He added that the number of exam committees that were equipped, 149 exam committees at the level of the nine educational departments, and 33 breaks for those in charge of the exam process, including 27 breaks for the conduct of the exams and 6 restrooms for appreciation.
The Governor of Alexandria emphasized the readiness of the exam committees in terms of preparing the seats for students, the means of ventilation, and general hygiene, while stressing the full commitment to safety and discipline standards within the committees.
