Xiaomi launched its new versatile sports car in Beijing today, Thursday, as part of the company’s readiness, known as the smartphone and consumer electronics industry, to compete with Tesla in the largest car market globally.
Yu7 from Xiaomi, a rival of Tesla Y, arrives at the showrooms in Beijing
Xiaomi launched the YU7 in 13 halls in Beijing, and will start receiving purchase requests in July, and Xiaomi is striving to repeat the success of the SU7 sports sedan, which was launched last year, and its sales exceeded the sales of the Tesla Model 3 month since December.
Analysts said that the YU7 may pose a major threat to the best -selling Y Tesla, but its launch comes at a time when Xiaomi, a relatively new company in the highly competitive electric car market in China, has witnessed a decrease in new electric car requests after a series of differences.
The Chinese authorities are conducting investigations into a fatal collision on a highway at the end of March, in which the SU7 was involved in the driver’s help, and Xiaomi apologized for marketing it after customer complaints about false ads.
