On Friday, the US administration decided to give more than 100 National Security Council officials at the White House an administrative vacation as part of a restructuring under the leadership of temporary national security advisor and Foreign Minister Marco Rubio, according to CNN.
According to the American Network, an email was sent from the head of the National Security Council employees, Brian McCormak, around 4:20 pm, in which employees who will be separated from them have 30 minutes to evacuate their offices, and if they are not present in their workplace, as stated in the email, they can send an email address and arrange an appointment to receive their purposes and deliver their devices later.
The letter said: “You will return to your basic agency,” which indicates that most of the affected were costly by the National Security Council from other departments and agencies.
As this coincided with the end of Friday before a long weekend, the official described him as “uncomfortable and reckless”, as CNN reported.
The list of detainees included professional officials, as well as political employees who were appointed during the Trump administration.
Sources reported that the Presidential Personnel Office re -questioned the employees in conjunction with the restructuring of the office.
One of the sources said that one of the questions asked about the opinion of officials in the appropriate size of the National Security Council.
The National Security Council includes foreign policy experts from different parts of the US government, and it is usually an essential body to coordinate the president’s agenda in foreign policy.
Earlier this month, the formerly headed by the National Security Council – from his position in the first major amendment to the administrative staff of the new administration. Trump announced that he would nominate Waltz for the position of US ambassador to the United Nations, and that Rubio will replace him with the National Security Council.
Waltz’s placing was volatile inside the administration – after he lost most of his influence in the western wing of the White House – after he was inadvertently added a journalist to a group chat on the application of a report on the highly sensitive military strikes.
