The writer Zuhair Tawfiqi announced the allocation of the entire proceeds of his first book “The Spirit of Law” to support the children of cancer patients, through the “Smile” initiative of the Future Future Association concerned with providing psychological and social support for children with cancer patients and their parents in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
This announcement came during the ceremony of the inauguration of the book, which was held on Wednesday, May 14th, at the Safiya Kano Art Center, in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Ali bin Saleh Al -Saleh, Chairman of the Shura Council, and a number of Excellencies and Excellencies Ministers and members of the Shura and House of Representatives, in addition to members of the diplomatic corps in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
During the ceremony, Mr. Zuhair Tawfiqi handed over a copy of his book to Mr. Sabah Abdel Rahman Al -Zayani, President of the Future Future Association, in order to embody the partnership between cultural work and noble humanitarian efforts; Where the proceeds of this cultural product contribute directly to supporting efforts aimed at alleviating suffering and drawing a smile on the faces of children.
On this occasion, Mr. Zuhair Tawfiqi expressed his happiness at the launch of his new book, adding that the doubling of this happiness lies in the possibility of the book contributing to creating a positive difference in the lives of children who face cancer, noting the important role played by the “smile” initiative in providing psychological, moral and health support for children with cancer and their families during the long treatment journey, and affirming that this gesture is what is this gesture. Except for a modest contribution to the return of Gemayel towards Bahraini society.
For his part, Mr. Sabah Abdel -Rahman Al -Zayani expressed his deep gratitude and appreciation for this noble human gesture carried out by the writer Zuhair Tawfiqi, stressing that this generous support will have a great impact in promoting the future youth association’s ability to continue its lofty mission in providing all aspects of care and support necessary for heroic children with cancer patients, as he praised at a related level, the high social responsibility that was shown by Mr. Tawfiqi Considering that this generous gesture represents a role model in the service of society
