The Legal Department of the Football Association continues its moves to complete the formulation of the response that will be sent to the International Sports Court, after the latter’s request to clarifications regarding the crisis of the penalties for the last summit match from which the Al -Ahly club withdrew.
Details of the Football Association’s response to the Cass Court
Cairo 24 learned that the Football Association’s response to CAS will include the reasons for the grievance committee’s decision in the crisis of the summit match, where the entire decision of the grievance committee will be translated to send it to Cass.
During the next few hours, the Football Association will send its official response to the International Sports Court, in compliance with the period set by the court to respond to 24 hours according to the speech received from the International Sports Court.
The International Sports Court set a period of 24 hours to the parties to the case to submit their clarifications during it, in preparation for the adjusted part of the Pyramids club’s complaint brought before the court, in which the club demands to stop the decision of the Board of Directors of the Clubs Association issued on March 30 and the cancellation of this decision, which included the contentment of calculating Al -Ahly in the summit meeting without deducting 3 additional points from the team’s balance at the end of the current season.
Pyramids’s resort to the International Sports Court came after the last decision issued by the Grievance Committee of the Football Association, which included the inability to consider the appeals submitted to the decision of the Club Association’s Board of Directors, as the aforementioned decision is a fortified decision and not subject to appeal in accordance with the text of the league list in force in the current season.
