Q/ How do you evaluate the period of your presence in Bahrain within nearly three seasons?
I consider my experience in Bahrain during the past three seasons one of the most important stations in my training career, as it has led various challenges with clubs such as youth and eastern shelters and limit, during which we were able to achieve qualitative transfers, whether in terms of results or technical performance. What distinguishes my experience there is that it was not just a traditional training work, but rather a real partnership in developing the ideas of the players, and the application of modern playing methods, especially the 3-4-3 system, which I adopted in several stages and we succeeded in implementing it despite its difficulty.
The most beautiful in the Bahraini experience is to work in a football environment that seeks sustainable development, which we have touched through continuous support and a clear vision led by His Highness Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, in order to build competitive and advanced football. This conscious leadership contributed to strengthening stability within clubs, and provided a climate that allows coaches to work with flexibility and professionalism.
In general, I brought out this experience more mature as a coach, and more understanding of the details that make the difference inside and outside the stadium, and I am very proud of the collective results, and the individual development of the players who have become stars today in the Nasser bin Hamad League, and they are many, for example, Hussein Al -Akri, Al -Rafaa, Salem Hussein, Hassan Abdel Nabi in Manama, Sayed Jawad, Hassan Modan, Al -Ahly, Hamza, Saad Al -Attar, Ahmad Diaa in Al -Sharqi, Abdullah Al -Subaie and Salman Younis in Al -Hadd.

Q/ What is the truth about your departure from the eastern Riffa and the limit in the middle of the season despite your positive results?
To come to the east in the middle of the season was one of the most difficult experiences in my career.
One of the most prominent practical stations in Bahrain was to cooperate with a personality with an exceptional technical and administrative vision, Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, who from the beginning expressed a great belief in the project that presented it, and the training thought that moved the team from a defensive system to a style based on acquisition and gradual construction. His long -term vision was based on a three -year technical partnership, which was a great motivation for me to provide my best, and to achieve tangible results on the ground.
In the following season, we achieved distinguished results, and the team was in second place equal to points with Khalidiya and Al -Rafaa, and one point from the leader is that that Al -Ahly. I broke the system 3-4-3 and the team presented a beautiful ball and positive results, as I mentioned in your question.
I was dismissed after the loss in the Her Majesty King Cup, against Manama.
As for the limit in the second division, we faced many difficulties, but we overcame it with the union of everyone, everyone knows that the new administration received the team in the mid -eight month, as the team in that period did not have a Saleh stadium for training on it in addition to our delay for the preparation period because there were no players and when the preparation period started 15 days with only 8 players and the arrival of professional players late, and with the first league match we lost the services of the team’s scorer, 75 In 10 games he managed only 22 goals. We were able to achieve in 10 games 21 points and be the third league by moving away from the leaders 5 points and the second with two points with a remaining match in the first section against the second.
I was aware that the challenge would be difficult based on the existing events, but I adore the challenges and I was a believer that I could help the team to achieve the goal of ascending because the team after the difficult start that happened to him was able to walk well and provide distinctive levels, but I know that the second section in the second degree bleeds the points and with our escalation and the levels of teams we would have achieved the required.
Q/Was the pressure of successive matches caused the fall to the second degree with your leadership?
My period with Al -Hadd was the most difficult period in my career, as I presented in the second round in the second section and Al -Hadd Club was in the last place with 8 points, we achieved very distinctive results as we are the only team that did not lose in addition to that the team achieved the highest points after the Khalidiya club and equally with the Manama Club.
The team went to the attachment, confrontations teams with the Sitra Club, we were aware that this supplement would be the most difficult.
The team achieved in the first 12 round 8 points and when the team received we achieved 18 points from 10 games, you can clearly consider that the team has gone to the maximum degree of work and effort that made him turn from to the results and performance. So the team drained its energy greatly in the last 10 rounds. But it was not our share of the ability to escape from the supplement.
The pressure of the matches is difficult to play 10 matches in the league and 3 in the supplement within a short period that can imagine the psychological and physical difficulty of the team, especially as it was accomplished during the three months and this is on all clubs and is not limited to us.
Before we entered the appendix, we were suffering in every match with the injury of our professional players, as he missed the last matches in the league and the appendix 4 professionals, which made it difficult for us to task with the energy depletion of the psychological and physical of the players.
Q/ How do you see the performance of all the teams that I trained in Bahrain during the current season?
The performance of all the teams that I trained in the past months and developing, but it is necessary to rely on the club’s sons, and the team is not formed in every season and preserving the players and simple additions in each season, and this is stability as the youth club does.

Q/ What is the difference between the Bahraini and Jordanian player?
The difference is very simple, the Jordanian player is always looking for external professionalism, clubs and coaches depend on the club’s sons and the local player and not the professional Jordanian player is empty of the work of the Bahraini player who is not free of work, this matter must be considered by officials to empty the players. We saw this in the Gulf Cup, so the player should think of professionalism even if he does not get a high financial return, he must choose a strong periodic and marketing is the most important.
We see in the past years there has been a scholarship for players abroad by officials, and this is one of the distinctive things that deserve praise.
Q/ How do you see the development of the Bahraini league?
Bahraini football in recent years has become more exciting and enjoyable than the years. There are many reasons.
I think administrative work in the development and improvement in clubs and I think that is the beginning and the next in the coming years will be greatly better, also at the technical level there are many distinguished young coaches in Bahraini football with the presence of professional coaches with experience and knowledge and work to raise the level of the league, as well as attracting professionals has become better than before and I believe with the use of technology that will contribute more to bringing players at a higher level.
In addition to supporting an ambitious company to develop Bahraini football by supporting all teams with players at a distinctive level and supporting the Sunni groups in clubs or academies to implement the vision of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, in revealing talented players in the field of football at an early age, in order to prepare them and prepare them to represent the country and implement the vision based on the ambition of the future.
