The most admiration in the new Syria is the cleaning scenes of women, men, youth and elderly women, and even children participate in the streets and facilities in the Syrian cities and spread on social media.
Where the streets are depicted before and after cleaning, health centers, mosques, government facilities, parks and parks after groups of citizens make the cleaning and garbage collection.
There is an old saying by Dr. Muhammad Jaber Al -Ansari, “The Arab citizen knows how to sweep colonialism from his country, but he is ignorant of the importance of cleaning the street in front of his home.” What is meant is that the culture of building the state was not contained in the owners of chants that fall colonialism, but the Syrian people today have brought us hope to us in the Arab mentality that is fully aware that building the state is a responsibility that is no less important than its liberation.
There is no construction without popular participation, but there is no construction except by conviction that these public property is for the human being, for the citizen, neither for the government nor the regime, and from here the Syrian citizen felt that his role does not disrupt until the state settled, and does not delay until the completion of his attainment of his rights, but he started his duty, and did his role immediately, and humbled in front of the nation’s right to him, so he went down to the street as his sweeping and cleaned him and re -arranged his big house.
The previous chaos was drawing the amount of distance between him and the conviction that it is the “public” and that these public property is for him, that conviction, unfortunately, is a general Arab culture, but the Syrian awakening must continue with him and every citizen, and in every country, and under any system, it is not only simple things related to hygiene, but it is a conviction that the protection, cleanliness and promotion of any facility or street is a responsibility of the citizen, that is, the responsibility of the municipality, that is Unfortunately, the conviction is not contained in the Arab citizen, if he sees a garden or a dirty street for the municipality and cleaning companies, and if a large fine is placed on destroying property or throwing dirt, he objected and said the amount is large !! As if the rule is damage, chaos, dirt and exception is adherence to controls, so the fine must be simple! Really inverted logic.
There is no fear for a society that believes that the public property of it is personally and is keen to preserve, maintain and clean, that is a society that is shown quickly, and it is restored to its state quickly and stands in front of any foreign interference, or whoever wants it worse, the Sunnis of two do not separate, if you believe that you as a citizen responsible for protecting your country, you must be a believer that you are responsible for the security and cleanliness of your public facilities.
