The first accused, Omar A., was charged with the leadership of a terrorist group, aimed at using force and violence to violate public order.
On the other hand, the first district, terrorism, headed by Counselor Mohamed Al -Saeed Al -Sherbiny, postponed a session of re -trial procedures accused in case No. 32 of 2021, state security crimes, Al -Warraq, for accusing him of others who were previously sentenced to the case known as the Al -Warraq terrorist cell, for the July 21 session for pleading.
The referral order stated that, during the year 2013 until April 2016, the first accused took over the leadership of a terrorist group that was intended to call for a breach of public order, endangering the safety of society, its interests and security, disrupting the provisions of the constitution and laws, preventing state institutions and public authorities from practicing their actions, assaulting the personal freedom of citizens, freedoms, public rights, and harming national unity and social peace.
