The drinking water and sanitation company in Qaliubiya Governorate announced the interruption of drinking water from the city of Khanka, the village of Abu Zaabal and Al -Asfar, for a period of 7 hours, today, Wednesday, May 14, starting from ten in the evening until five in the morning
The company stated in a statement that the interruption comes due to the work of the main sockets that feed the drinking water station in Khanka, as this procedure comes within the framework of maintenance work, improving the efficiency of operation and ensuring the quality of water provided to citizens.
The company called on citizens, bakery owners and hospitals to manage their water needs during the interruption period, as well as the availability of drinking water cars that can be requested by contacting the hotline 125.
In another context, the Drinking Water and Sewerage Company in Qalioubia announced that the water was interrupted by the areas of Khanka, Abu Zaabal and the village of Al -Jabal Al -Asfar today, Monday, April 28, 2025, for a period of 4 hours, starting from nine in the evening until one in the morning.
The company said in a press statement today, that the process of cutting water due to the periodic maintenance of the stations.
The company called on citizens, bakery owners and hospitals to manage their water needs during the interruption period.
