Mahmoud Badawi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Aswan, confirmed that the Directorate has completed all preparations for the written exams for technical diplomas, the first role of the academic year 2025/2024, which start today, and ends next June 12, with the exams stop during the blessed Eid Al -Adha holiday, according to the schedules adopted and announced by the Ministry.
Today .. 16 thousand and 636 students perform the technical diplomas exams in Aswan
The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Aswan explained that many follow -up committees have been formed during the last period to pass through the committees, laboratories, workshops, breaks and distribution centers in all educational departments to ensure their readiness to receive students and delegates for exam work.
Badawi added that the total number of students applying for exams this year reached 16 thousand and 636 male and female students in progress systems three years – five years – double education and training – professional preparation, distributed over 63 committees, at 21 committees in Aswan Educational Administration and include 4924 students, 5 committees in the Drau Educational Administration and include 1438 students, 6 committees in Nubia Educational Administration and include 1270 Student, 13 committees in Kom Ombo Educational Administration, which includes 4225 students, and 18 committees in Edfu Educational Administration, which includes 4,779 students between agricultural, industrial, commercial and hotel.
In the same context, the Undersecretary of the Ministry explained that the cleaning and brushes work has been completed for all the restrooms allocated to the delegates for the 30 -time examination work with 21 men’s breaks – 9 women’s breaks, and to provide them with all the necessary subsistence requirements that guarantee a generous accommodation for the delegates, and to prepare the Questions Distribution Center that works with 6 distribution lines, as well as preparing cars designated for transporting the examination brochures.
The Undersecretary added that a central operations room was formed in the Directorate’s Court, under his chairmanship, to follow up the conduct of exams daily, adding that the Directorate signed cooperation protocols with directorates and health bodies – ambulance – health insurance – electricity – water – catering – security – civil protection in its field of help in technical diplomas exams.
He pointed out that the alert to the heads of the committees should adhere to all the rules and instructions governing the exam process, to address the attempts to cheat with all firmness without terrorism for students, prohibiting the possession of smartphones or electronic devices, commitment to the application of Law No. 205 of 2020, and ministerial decisions in this regard.
It is noteworthy that the editorial exams of technical diplomas end on Thursday, June 12th, with practical and laboratory exams and completing the final evaluation of the Al -Mawarrat system, which begins on Friday, June 13th and ends Monday, June 23.
