The UAE participated in the work of the joint Arab meeting, on assessing legal frameworks and strategies for protecting and promoting the rights and needs of terrorist victims, which was launched yesterday at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States. The UAE delegation included representatives of the ministries of the Interior, Foreign Affairs and Justice, within the framework of the state’s keenness to contribute to strengthening Arab efforts to protect the rights of terrorist victims and exchange experiences in this field. The meeting, which lasts for three days, is discussing the collective efforts of the Arab countries, within the framework of the League of Arab States to protect and support the rights of terrorist victims, as well as presenting the leading experiences of the member states in this field.
