The Sunday Times revealed a leaked document showing an Israeli plan to force civilians in Gaza to live in three narrow and besieged areas, separated by four Israeli military areas in the north, central and southern Gaza Strip, in the event of a failure to reach a ceasefire agreement with Hamas.

Strict restrictions on the movement of civilians

According to the plan, the mobility between the three civilian areas will be prohibited without a permit, with strict inspection procedures that include identification verification through pictures or codes of Barcode. Humanitarian organizations, informed of the plan, indicate that this system may lead to the separation of the population from their lands and homes.

A new military operation called “Gideon Vehicles”

At the same time, Israel announced the launch of a new military operation under the name “Gideon Vehicles” with the aim of full control of the Gaza Strip, and during the last days it launched air strikes that killed more than 250 people, according to the Ministry of Health and Civil Defense of Gaza.

Huge military infrastructure

The plan called “the third stage: full control of Gaza” includes the establishment of a new military corridor between the south and central Gaza Strip, which is based on the ruins of residential areas, and it extends narrowly compared to the former “Netsarim” corridor, with the expansion of a military zone in the north to make way for the army’s movements.

Long -term plan to control Gaza

The first stage of the implementation of the plan is expected to take about three weeks, and it includes the introduction of the new corridors in the center and the expansion of the security belt in the north. The map also shows 12 potential points for the distribution of humanitarian aid, which will be managed by private companies under the supervision of the Israeli army, amid widespread criticism of this privatization.

Close the crossings and use aid as a pressure card

Israel had closed the crossings in front of the entry of aid since March 2, under the pretext of pressure on Hamas to release the hostages, accusing the movement of seizing aid that enters through global relief organizations.

The continuation of calm negotiations and international calls for fire

A new round of calm negotiations is currently being held in Doha, according to Hamas official, Taher Al -Nono, without preconditions. At an Arab summit in Baghdad, the Arab leaders and the international community called for immediate intervention to stop the war and ensure the arrival of aid.

Nations warnings of the humanitarian catastrophe

The Secretary -General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres described the situation in Gaza as “beyond description, inhumane”, stressing that “the blockade and starvation mocks international law,” calling for a permanent ceasefire.
