Today, Thursday, May 29, 2025, the sub -union of the North Beheira lawyer organized a protest in the North Damanhour Courts Complex, in protest against the increase in judicial fees, in the presence of a number of members of the North Beheira Syndicate Council and lawyers.

This came in compliance with the decisions of the joint meeting between the members of the General Syndicate Council and the sub -captains headed by the General Captain Abdel Halim Allam, in order to confront the decision issued by the Council of Heads of Courts of Appeal to impose fees under the name in exchange for mechanical services, in violation of the constitution and the law.
Earlier, the lake’s lawyers refrained from attending in front of the criminal departments, in an escalating procedure in protest against the increase in litigation fees, as the attendance was abstained in front of the criminal courts in the district No. 7 crimes, 13 crimes and solidarity of all attendees with the Sub -Syndicate Council, implementing the strike and postponing the sessions for the same role on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
This came in the presence of Haitham Tayseer, Ashraf Mohamed Raqha, Mahmoud Al -Shazly, Rami Al -Hadidi, Tamer Mujahid and Abdul Halim Zanbaa, members of the North Lake Lawyer Syndicate Council.

: “In implementation of the decision of the General Syndicate Council to refrain from attending before the Criminal Courts departments on May 18 and 19, against the backdrop of continuous interceptor procedures from the union to increase litigation fees, a team of members of the North Lake Council was assigned to attend before the two criminal departments held at the headquarters of Damanhour Court to prove the union’s position before them.”
Al -Hadidi added: “We warned the lawyers present today and tomorrow before the departments held in the two aforementioned courts to work to implement the decision of the General Syndicate to refrain from attending, and seek to achieve the purpose of the decision of the General Syndicate in the interest of the lawyer and the citizen.”
Al -Hudaini pointed to coordination with the members of the South Al -Buhaira Syndicate Council to take the same position in front of the two criminal departments held at the headquarters of the Itay Al -Baroud Court.
