An official source at the Directorate of Education in Cairo Governorate revealed the details of the injury of 5 students at the Grand Model School of Heliopolis in the collision of a bus in a lighting pole in the Heliopolis area in Cairo, this morning, and the transfer of the injured to the hospital to receive the necessary aid.
The bus does not follow the school
The source said to Cairo 24, that the bus does not formally follow the school, but rather was affiliated with one of the parents who organize a special transportation for their children.
All students left the hospital
The source confirmed that the injuries are minor, and all the students left the hospital after receiving first aid, noting that the Directorate is following the developments of the situation closely, pointing out that the bus is not within the official school transport system.
The Najda Operations Room in the Cairo Security Directorate had received a report stating that a bus of a school was collided with a lighting pole in Heliopolis, which resulted in the injury of 5 students as a result of the accident.
The security services moved to the replacement store, and the injured students were transferred to the hospital to receive the necessary first aid, and the competent agencies continue their efforts to raise the effects of the accident and return traffic to normal and a report of the incident was edited.
