During his tour today in Giza Governorate, Dr. Mustafa Madbouly, Prime Minister and his companions, visited the “Saba” housing project in the 6th of October City, in the Northern Expenses area, which was implemented by the Ministry of Housing.
Engineer Sherif El -Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, explained that the Saba Residential Project includes 85 residential buildings, with a total of 2040 units, with areas ranging from 100 to 142 square meters fully finished.
The minister pointed out that the residential buildings in the project are equipped with electrical elevators, and are located inside a closed residential complex in the “Compound” wall that contains three gates, and the project is distinguished by the distinctive location in the intersection of the Bolivard road with the Middle Road.
Engineer Sherif El -Sherbiny pointed out that the units are recognized fully ready, including finishes and services, noting that the project is characterized by unique and distinctive Landskib designs, which include walking paths and open green spaces, pointing out that the project includes a group of different logistical services, and is characterized by its location close to educational, commercial, industrial and sports facilities in the region, and the project has received a turnout Great reservation, in the stages announced.
