The Economic Court of Appeal postponed, the first sessions of the appeal of Rocky Ahmed on the decision to imprison it for a year, with the suspension of implementation, guarantee, and a fine of one hundred thousand pounds, in accusing her of infringing on the values of the Egyptian family, inciting immorality and immorality for the next July 20 session to attend the accused.

Earlier, the Economic Misdemeanor Court issued its ruling, innocently Rocky Ahmed, from the charges against her of facilitating prostitution and the accusations of etiquette, while she issued a reduced ruling on accusing her of attacking the values of the Egyptian family of imprisonment for a year suspended, while obliging them to pay a fine of one hundred thousand pounds.
Rocky Ahmed’s lawyer commented on the verdict, saying that he would appeal against him before the Appeal Court, noting that Article 25 of the Information Technology Crime Law includes loose, unconstitutional, with penalties ranging from imprisonment and fine for those who attack family values.
He added that the Egyptian Supreme Constitutional Court stressed in its rulings the necessity for the punitive texts to be clear and specific, so that they do not become a window or a traps that are hidden by its secret and ambiguity, the legislator who violated without clarifying the legal criteria to throw them into the accusations.
For its part, the Blaugger Rocky Ahmed said in statements to Cairo 24 that she is grateful after her innocence appeared from the charges against her, confirming her full confidence in the integrity of the Egyptian judiciary.
Rocky added: Praise be to God, our Lord has shown my innocence, and I was confident in the justice of the Egyptian judiciary, even though there are those who scent in me, but the truth appeared in the end.
She explained that she would appeal the ruling against her, which spent her imprisonment for a year with the suspension, in addition to fining her a financial amount, stressing that she continues to take the necessary legal measures to prove her position.
