The national team of Jujitsu participates in the Asia Jujitsu Championship currently held in the Jordanian capital, Amman, which is witnessing the participation of 777 players representing 27 countries from the Asian continent.

The delegation of the national team is headed by the first vice president of the Asian Federation of Jujitsu, President of the Bahraini Federation of Jujitsu, His Excellency Mr. Reda Ibrahim Menddi, and consists of: the director of the national team Ahmed Mohamed Janahi, the coaches Robert Henick, Badr Al -Dossary and the national team doctor d. Ahmed Al -Aradi, and the players in the youth category, namely Abdullah Al -Sheikh, who will participate in a weight competition under 56 kilograms, and Pedro Bessi, who participates in competitions under 85 kg, and the players in the adult category: the player Mohamed Al -Swar who will participate in competitions under 56 kg, the player Salman Khalfan who will participate in competitions weighing under 62 kg, the player Hassan Osama who will participate in competitions Weighing under 69 kg, the player Mohamed Al -Najjar, who will participate in a weight of under 69 kg, the player Abdullah Habib, who will participate in a weight competition under 77 kg and the player Khaled Faraj, who will participate in competitions weighing under 94 kg.

On this occasion, the First Vice President of the Asian Federation of Jujitsu, President of the Bahraini Federation of Jujitsu, His Excellency Mr. Reda Ibrahim Menndi, said: “Participation in the Asian Jujitsu Championship comes within the program of posts developed by the Bahraini Jujitsu Federation, through which he seeks to commit to strengthening the presence of Bahraini Jujitsu in various continental and international posts, and seeking to compete and reach the first positions, in order to multiply the results And the honorable achievements made by this sport for the Bahraini sport registry, full of achievements on various sports.

He continued: “Such posts raise the level and readiness of the national team players and refine their skills and capabilities, and raise their performance towards competition to achieve the best results and reach the podium”, wishing all the best and success for the team in this participation and achieving a distinguished result.

The First Vice President of the Asian Federation of Jujitsu, President of the Bahraini Jujitsu Federation, thanked and appreciated the Asian Federation of Jujitsu headed by His Excellency Abdel Moneim El -Sayed Mohamed Al Hashemi for the distinguished efforts made by the continental union in support of the development and advancement of jujitsu in Asia, wishing at the same time all the best and success of the Asian Federation of the game.
