A study showed that baked goods are less satisfied with other unhealthy snacks, such as cookies, potato chips and jelly sweets.
McManamon pointed out that baked goods are rich in calories and low nutrients, where the piece of croissants contain 170 calories, and despite its weight that does not exceed 45 grams, only one gram, including fibers and 4 grams of protein, in addition to 7 grams of fat and 3 grams of sugar.
