Dr. Jalila bint Al -Sayed Jawad Hassan, Minister of Health, received the Medical Committee of the Mission of the Kingdom of Bahrain for Hajj, in the context of following up their readiness and preparations to provide health services to the pilgrims of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the holy sites during the Hajj season 1446 AH.
The Minister of Health affirmed the keenness to provide support to the medical committee, and to provide the requirements that contribute to the success of their duties to serve the pilgrims in accordance with the best levels of health care, praising at the same time the facilities and continuous support provided by the sisterly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the guests of Rahman, which is an essential pillar in enabling medical missions to perform their tasks efficiently and competently.
She expressed her pride and appreciation for the sincere national efforts made by the Medical Committee of the Mission of the Kingdom of Bahrain for Hajj, and its human and national renewable role annually in serving the guests of Rahman, stressing that their participation represents a noble message that embodies the Kingdom’s commitment to providing the necessary health care for the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God.
For his part, Dr. Ibrahim Farouk Obaid, Chairman of the Medical Committee of the Mission of the Kingdom of Bahrain for the Hajj, reviewed the work plan prepared by the committee for this season, explaining that the medical team includes medical and nursing staff and supportive health services specialists, noting that coordination is underway with the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, and the various authorities concerned in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, to facilitate the tasks of the committee and provide the best medical services for Bahraini pilgrims.
