Another F/A18 fighter plane lost the American Harry S Truman aircraft carrier in the Red Sea, the second aircraft carrier in just one week, according to four people familiar with the matter to CNN.

It was not clear yet what happened, as the investigation is still ongoing, but two sources have reported a kind of failure in the detention process while the plane tried to land on the aircraft carrier, and the pilot and the arms systems officer were forced to jump in the parachute.
One of the sources said that a rescue helicopter was alive, but they were slightly injured.
In the same context, the four sources reported that the Iranian -backed Houthi group opened fire on the American aircraft carrier Truman on Tuesday, despite President Donald Trump’s announcement of a clear shooting with the group hours ago, and it was not yet clear whether the two incidents were linked.
The loss of the fighter plane comes a week after another F/A-18 plane crashed into the sea, at the time, initial reports indicated that the plane has been severely turned to avoid the Houthi fire, which contributed to the crash of the fighter plane in the sea.
