The first time when the “Liberation of Iraq” law was issued on September 29, 1998. The House of Representatives approved it on October 5, and the Senate agreed to it with a collective approval two days later. President Clinton signed the Iraq Liberation Law on October 31, 1998. A statement of the American Congress stipulated that “the United States’s policy should be supported by efforts to remove the regime headed by Saddam Hussein from power in Iraq …” President Bill Clinton has signed a law, and states that “the United States policy supports democratic movements inside Iraq. The law mentioned in October 2002 to defend the mandate of the military force against the Iraqi government. For Iraq, the decision caused by it, Iran succeeded in extending the Iranian Revolutionary Guards through the factions of the popular crowd inside Iraq, and after Saddam Hussein defeated Iran, Iran occupied Iraq with the help or condolences of the United States of America under the pretext of the “Liberation Law of Iraq.” The project is obligated to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Treasury and the US Agency to develop a comprehensive strategy within 180 days to reduce Iran’s influence in Iraq. The proposal stipulated in the introduction of 180 days, the Foreign Minister, Treasury Secretary and the US World Media Agency must develop a comprehensive strategy to support Iraq’s independence from Iran. This strategy must include: – Distical from Iran -backed militias, such as the Popular Mobilization Forces. Stopping US security aid to Iraq unless all Iranian -backed militias are removed from government institutions. – Supporting Iraqi civil society by detecting Iranian repression, assisting activists, and facing media misinformation. – Enhancing American media efforts to highlight the crimes of Iran -backed militias, support the independent press, and improve coordination between agencies. – Presenting the plan to Congress in an uninterrupted form with an implementation plan within 60 days. The classification of Iranian -backed militias as terrorist organizations: – The law requires the Minister of Foreign Affairs to classify the main groups backed by Iran as foreign terrorist organizations within 90 days. These groups include: Badr Corps, Hezbollah, Al -Nujaba, Imam Ali Brigades, other militias linked to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps. – Preventing American security aid to Iraq unless the president proves that Iraq no longer supports Iranian militias. Penalties on Iranian agents in Iraq: – Within 180 days, the Treasury Minister must submit a report that defines prominent Iraqi political figures, financial entities, and organizations that facilitate Iranian influence. This includes: former Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al -Maliki, the leader of the Badr Hadi Al -Amiri Corps. – Several Iraqi governmental institutions will be imposed under the executive order 13438 on the specified bodies. The prohibition of importing liquefied natural gas from Iran: – The law imposes sanctions on Iraq to prevent the import of liquefied natural gas from Iran, to reduce the financial dependence of Iraq on its neighbor (ended). In short the United States of America that contributed to creating this chaos in Iraq and contributed to the Iranian expansion, is today that it acknowledged that this was greater Its mistakes give Iran an influence that it used in all its negotiations, and it is time to correct this error and liberate Iraq from the Liberation Law of Iraq !!
