His Excellency Lieutenant -General Tariq bin Hassan Al -Hassan, Head of Public Security, witnessed the conclusion of the Ministry of Interior Championship, which was organized by the Sports Federation for Public Security on the Arena Badel stadiums in the Sanad area during the period from May 23-27, with the participation of more than 100 players and players from the employees of the Ministry of Interior, in a distinct competitive sports atmosphere.
On this occasion, His Excellency the President of the Public Security praised the directives of the team, the first of His Excellency Sheikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Minister of Interior, aimed at supporting sports activities in a way that contributes to enhancing cooperation and discipline between the employees of the ministry, noting the importance of sport in raising physical efficiency and improving the security work environment.
His Excellency also valued the efforts of the Sports Federation for Public Security in organizing these events, praising the high technical level witnessed in the championship and the sporting spirit that the participants took, expressing his thanks to everyone who contributed to the success of the championship through good organization and preparation.
For his part, Brigadier Khaled Abdulaziz Al -Khayyat, President of the Sports Federation for Public Security, expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the Head of Public Security for his continuous presence and support, stressing that the tournament comes within the Federation’s plan to raise the physical capabilities of public security employees and enhance the concept of sport as a way of life.
At the end of the ceremony, His Excellency the Head of Public Security honored the winners and distributed medals to them.
As for the women’s officers category, the first place was ranked by Major Reem Youssef Al -Hashemi and Captain Mai Yaqoub Al -Khal, while the second place was ranked Major Ruka Maryam Naguib Al -Ansari and Major Fatima Ali Al -Zoubi.
In the category of individuals and civilians, the first place achieved the players Salah al -Din al -Qattan and Muhammad Essam Abdel -Aal, while the second place achieved both the players Khaled Mohamed Al -Mousawi and Varo Al -Fonso, wishing everyone the success of success and success.
