Major General Ibrahim Abu Limon, Governor of Menoufia, issued Resolution No. 703 of 2025 to allocate the old local unit headquarters in Kafr Ashma – at the Martyrs Center – for the benefit of the Health Insurance Authority for free, for use as a new headquarters to provide health insurance services, with the aim of reducing the severity of the crowd and improving the level of health care provided to patients.

The decision came after a sudden visit by the governor to the comprehensive health insurance clinic in the martyrs, during which he inspected the workflow and the level of quality of medical and treatment services provided to the beneficiaries, as he directed quickly to take the necessary measures to improve the work environment and facilitate patients’ access to the service.

In the same context, the Governor of Menoufia announced the formation of an urgent committee in coordination with the head of the General Authority for Health Insurance, which includes a number of specialists from Cairo and the Menoufia branch, to develop a comprehensive vision to develop and raise the efficiency of the comprehensive clinic headquarters in the martyrs, in proportion to the needs of patients, especially the elderly.
He stressed that the health sector is at the top of the priorities of the governorate, stressing the continued support of the health system with all available capabilities, and coordination with the relevant authorities to provide all means of logistical and technical support, in a manner that ensures the provision of decent medical service that keeps pace with the aspirations of citizens and developments in the health sector.
