The end of the wild pilgrimage from Nuweiba’s port with a total of 7701 pilgrims and 180 buses

Major General Mohamed Abdel Rahim, Chairman of the General Authority for the Red Sea Ports, announced the end of the initiative of the Hajj Maritime Regimments through Nuweiba Port, with a travel of 7701 pilgrims and 180 buses.

The head of the commission said, in press statements, that the team is the full minister, the Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and the Minister of Industry and Transport, had directed the necessity of providing the utmost comfort for the pilgrims traveling through the port of Nuweiba.

He pointed out that the total pilgrims leaving across the port this season amounted to 7701 pilgrims and 180 buses, as part of a court operating plan carried out by the General Authority for the Red Sea, in cooperation with all concerned authorities.

He explained that the port of Nuweiba witnessed today the departure of the last pilgrimage regiments on the two phrases “Sina” and “Ayla”, with 772 pilgrims and 18 buses.

Major General Mohamed Abdel -Rahim stressed that the season of wild pilgrimage was completed with full success without registering any complaints, noting that the authority was keen to provide all facilities in coordination with the security and organizational authorities and maritime transport companies, in order to achieve the best levels of service for the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God.

Major General Mohamed Abdel Rahim thanked and appreciated all the parties that contributed to the success of this season, stressing the continued efforts of the authority in developing the level of performance in all its ports.
