The report stated that the Duchess Megan Markle was sending extensive electronic messages to employees that start from five in the morning, which created a state of anxiety among them to the point that some of them suffered psychological disorders, among them who suffered from symptoms of post -traumatic disorder.
In his book “The Battle of the Brothers”, the royal historian Robert Lassi indicated that Prince William felt shock and terror after reviewing the file, and expressed his great anger at what he considered a breach of the royal traditions that stipulate the treatment of workers as family members.
After this event, a tense phone call broke out between the two princes, as Harry strongly defended his wife, while William insisted on his position on the necessity of Megan’s accountability for her actions.
This tension contributed to the widening gap between the two brothers, whose relationship has been publicly strained since 2019, and the situation was more exacerbated in 2020 when Harry and Megan decided to withdraw from their royal roles.
