Sheikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Deputy Prime Minister, issued Resolution No. (31) of 2025 to transfer human resources directors in all government agencies in the Kingdom to the Civil Service Service, based on the offer of the head of the Civil Service Service, stating:
Article 1
The following are transferred by their names from government agencies in the Kingdom to the Civil Service Service to occupy the position of Human Resources Director of the Director General of Common Human Resources Services:
1- Mrs. Amal Salem Muhammad Shaheen, Bahrain Technical College (Bahrain Polytechnic)
2- Mr. Youssef Abdulaziz Abdul Ghaffar Al-Alawi Primary Health Care Centers
3- Mr. Yaqoub Abdullah Yaqoub, gentlemen, Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture
4- Mr. Muhammad Saleh Ahmed Ashir, Ministry of Works
5- Mrs. Maryam Ahmed Hussein Haidar, Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning
6- Mr. Omar Mahmoud Abdullah Hajia, the Labor Market Regulatory Authority
7- Mrs. Iman Ibrahim Ali Qassem Governmental Hospitals
8- Mr. Ahmed Ali Youssef Siyadi, University of Bahrain
Article Two
The head of the Civil Service Service shall assign the aforementioned managers in the first article of this decision, so that each of them will undertake the tasks of supervising the human resources management in any of the government agencies in the Kingdom, and the provisions regulating them shall apply to the affairs of joint human resources employees.
Article Three
The ministers and the stakeholders – each regarding it – must implement the provisions of this decision, and it is made from the date of its issuance, and it is published in the Official Gazette.
