Nebras received the CEO of the Labor Market Regulatory Authority and Chairman of the National Committee to Combat Trafficking in Persons, Sherine Shansika Disianaki, Ambassador of the Social Democratic Republic of Sri Lanka in the Kingdom of Bahrain, on the occasion of her appointment as an ambassador to her country to the Kingdom.
During the meeting, the CEO of the Ambassador’s Labor Regulatory Authority welcomed the importance of strengthening bilateral relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the friendly Republic of Sri Lanka in various fields, in order to achieve the interests of the two friendly countries, and wishing for His Excellency the success in performing its diplomatic work.
During the meeting, the initiatives launched by the Kingdom of Bahrain were reviewed in the field of developing the work environment, in a way that guarantees the rights of all parties, praising the important role played by diplomatic missions in supporting government efforts to educate expatriate workers about their rights and duties, in a way that contributes to enhancing the integration of efforts and achieving positive results at all levels.
