The Customs Air Ports Authority Department in Customs Affairs, in cooperation and coordination with the Drug Control Department of the General Department of Investigations and Forensic Evidence, managed to arrest 3 Asians during their arrival at the Bahrain International Airport port, the impact of their attempt to smuggle narcotic marijuana.
The administration indicated that customs officers suspected the three travelers upon their arrival at the airport, and immediately they were transferred to the red track, and by searching their luggage, more than 10 kg of narcotic marijuana was found hidden in an artistic way inside food boxes.
The Air Ports Customs Administration indicated that the seizures were seized, and the case was delivered to the drug control department, which managed to arrest a number of defendants inside the country for their involvement in the case and possession of more than half a kilogram of heroin, as the market value of all seizures amounted to 185500 dinars.
