The Arab Volleyball Federation launched the new slogan after its approval from the members of the General Assembly of the Union at the meeting held in the Egyptian capital, Cairo.
On this occasion, Major General Sheikh Ali bin Muhammad Al Khalifa, head of the Arab Volleyball Federation, said, “We are pleased to reveal the new slogan of the Arab Volleyball Federation, which embodies our joint Arab identity, and reflects our vision towards a brighter and distinct future for volleyball in the Arab world …”
He added that this update came to keep pace with the new stage of the union’s work, through which it aims to enhance its regional and international presence, consolidate the values of unity and cooperation between the Arab national federations, and work in the spirit of one team in order to develop the game at all levels.
Major General Sheikh Ali bin Muhammad Al Khalifa stressed that the Arab Volleyball Federation confirms its firm commitment to the process of continuous development and modernization, by adopting the best administrative and technical practices, investing in Arab competencies and talents, and keeping pace with everything that contributes to the elevation and prosperity of the game in various member states and that the launch of the new slogan comes within the framework of the vision, strategy and new visual identity.
He added, “The choice of the new blue and golden design expresses our deep Arab affiliation and highlights the map of the Arab world in the heart of volleyball, in a way that confirms our joint commitment to unifying efforts and devoting sport as a means of rapprochement and integration between our peoples … On this occasion, I extend my sincere thanks and appreciation to everyone who contributed to the completion of this work, and we invite all sports partners and media to support this new identity, which we hope that you are a symbol A march full of Arab successes in volleyball fields.
