The second department of the Red Sea Criminal Court decided today, Wednesday, headed by Counselor Walid Mohamed Danana, and membership of both Counselors Amjad Wajih Wahba, Muhammad Salah Hafez, Ahmed Mohamed Mohie El -Din, and the secretariat of Ashraf Jaafar Muhammad, and Muhammad Al -Shater Ahmed, postponing case No. 4974 Criminal Criminal and the accused in which 8 accused of killing a girl and hiding her body with a travel bag in the next June 17 session By judgment.

The details of the case revealed that the first accused Ahmed. M learned about a girl, and a quarrel broke out between them in one of the famous residential compounds in the Hurghada Corniche, and the victim was beaten by beating and injuries to her, which led to the pronouncement of her last breath, then the accused purchased a travel bag from the Bazaar market in the Dahar area in Hurghada and deposited and hidden the body inside it by placing the bag in his car.
Investigations indicated that the accused went to a space area in the Gulf of Abu Soma, north of Safaga, and threw the bag and bury it in the sand next to the road and the body to hide the features of his crime.
After about two days of the incident, one of the people coincided with the crime site and found the bag after he thought of money and valuable things, and upon its opening he discovered the presence of a girl for a girl, and the Sfaga Investigations were informed of the incident and the notification of the investigation authorities.
The body was deposited in the Safaga Hospital at the disposal of the investigation authorities, the formation of a research team from the detective officers, the collection of investigations, and the discharge of surveillance cameras to reach the ambiguity of the accident.
Investigations concluded that the victim had met the accused who was reached by collecting investigations and seizing the car and 7 others, including the wife of the accused, who was aware of the incident that the accused attacked the victim by beating.
