The activities of the Social Service Conference were launched yesterday at the fifteenth session, under the slogan “Towards a safe society and a coherent family”, with the participation of a group of local, Gulf and Arab institutions concerned with social affairs. Ahmed Ibrahim Al -Mill, Director of the Social Services Department in Sharjah, stressed in his opening speech the importance of adopting smart mechanisms to face the challenges facing the family. On its first day, the conference reviewed 6 working papers that focused on a variety of axes related to the role of technology and artificial intelligence in supporting social work.
