Professor Hashemite Al -Sayed Hassan Sharaf, director of the Sar Secondary School for Girls, expressed her pride in the distinguished student Jana Sadiq Al -Mahdi, who embodied a team of debates, and issued a book written by her, in a model for the impressive results achieved by the school students in the academic year 2024/2025.
As for the student Jana, she thanked the school a lot, for the great support she provided for her initiative to establish the school (impact) team for the debates, with the aim of enhancing the culture of constructive discussion and developing persuasion skills among her colleagues, as she managed to train 12 students in debate arts, and organized an internal championship that proved their interaction and passion for learning dialogue skills and providing logical arguments.
Jana has previously won the Best Speaker and Excellence Award in the (Pioneers of the Darkening) Championship in Al -Shabab City, and the second best speaker in the (Preparation of views), in addition to choosing it within a team of four students to represent the Kingdom of Bahrain in the International Championship of Schools in the State of Qatar.
She referred to her talent in literary writing, which she crowned with her first narrative publication, which saw his idea of light with the support of her teachers and the principal of the school, and he addresses the children and young people, and deals with the challenges that anyone may face on his way towards success, and confirms that the obstacles should not be a reason for despair, but a motivation to move forward, indicating that she has also reached the final stage of the Arab Reading Challenge competition, within the first ten level The Kingdom of Bahrain.
She also loves the reap for writing poetry, and seeks to develop her talent with the support of the Arabic language teachers, and with the follow -up of the poet Zahra Al -Mudghay, and she is currently working on issuing a poetry office that reflects her own literary experience.
The student concluded her speech with a message addressed to her colleagues, saying: “They read a lot, so everyone is distinguished from a book.”
