On Monday, the International Civil Aviation Organization carried Russia responsible for the crash of the Malaysian MH 17 plane, which was shot down over Ukraine 10 years ago, killing all 298 people on board.

In its statement, the International Civil Aviation Organization revealed that the Russian Federation did not respect its obligations under international air law during the destruction of the Malaysian Malaysian Airways flight plane, explaining that this is the first decision taken by the organization’s council on the basis of a dispute between member states.
The United Nations Council, which is based in Montreal, Canada, has concluded that the complaints submitted by Australia and the Netherlands on Malaysian Airlines flight are actually and in reality.
It is worth noting that the plane, which is a Boeing 777, was shot down on July 17, 2014 while heading from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur after it was hit by a Russian-made Russian-Joh missile while flying in the sky of an area controlled by secession loyal to Russia, and all the passengers of the plane and its 298 crew members were killed, including 196 Dutch, 43 Malaysia and 38 Malaysia and 38 Malaysia and 38 Australia.
