Al -Road newspaper journalists filed a complaint with Minister Khaled Abdel Aziz, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Media Regulation, against the so -called Medhat Hasanin Ahmed Barakat, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al -Roada website and Al -Road newspaper, and the Dokki Insurance Office, because of their arbitrary dismissal of social insurance without any notification or legal justification.

The text of the complaint submitted by the journalists of Al -Tarika newspaper came as follows:
We submit to you with this complaint, we are the journalistic colleagues working in the newspaper and the location of the road, because of the serious injustice and fatal violations that we were suddenly represented in our semester of social insurance suddenly and retroactively in violation of the law, without any legal notification or justification, which contradicts the provisions of the Labor Law and social insurance in a stark way.
The text of the complaint explained: We were finally surprised, after we extracted “Brent” insurance “that proves our insurance relationship with the institution, that we have been dismissed retroactively from the end of 2023, despite our continued work until the closure of the site’s headquarters in our faces after this date, and without our knowledge or signing of any resignation or violation that required the separation, and Barakat has submitted a request to finish us. With Dokki insurance in the month of 2 of 2025, how was we separated retroactively?!
The text of the complaint continued:
It is worth noting that the Al -Tariq newspaper journalists were surprised at the end of 2023 that Medhat Barakat closed the workplace and publishing panels for the newspaper’s journalists, and after that closure, about 50 journalists from the newspaper went to the Agouza Police Department to prove the incident and this was restricted in an official record.
The journalists completed the legal procedures at the time against the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the newspaper and the location of the road, and a number of them obtained permanent and final judicial rulings with their right to financial compensation confirmed by the ruling, and we possess the official papers of these rulings installed and documented.
