The report of “Emerging Talents Management” (2024-2040) is highlighted, 16 emerging trends that will reshape the future of work in the government sector, starting from the automation of the recruitment process, training supported by overwhelming experiences and extended reality, to independent teamwork, and tools to expected employees to work.
