Dubai: Yamama Badwan stressed a number of media professionals, that resorting to canceling the follow -up of some influencers on social media platforms is a polite option to avoid negative or bad content, which makes them feel victory through one “Kabsa button”. They told Al -Khaleej on the sidelines of the activities of the Arab Media Summit, that the option to cancel the follow -up is related to several factors, most notably the content provided by the influencer, and his proximity to real life, as well as bypassing the red lines in society, such as providing wrong information, believing that the followers will not notice them, in addition to doing an order against Arab customs and traditions, and many others.
