In the context of continuing the efforts aimed at developing the work system and achieving excellence in performance, the General Administration of Reform and Rehabilitation organized a specialized training course, under the title “Professional Dealing Methods in Correctional Institutions”, in cooperation with the Regional “Ma’an” Center for Research and Training.
The training program, in which a number of the center’s employees participated in developing leadership and communication skills, and enhancing efficiency in professional dealing with guests, to ensure the provision of a safe and effective environment that contributes to achieving the goals of reform and rehabilitation.
This course comes within the specialized initiatives launched by the “Ma’an” center in the context of the concept of “previous care for release”, which is based on integrated qualification during the detention period, with the aim of preparing the inmates for positive integration into society after the release, and limiting the rates of return to the crime.
