The Jordan Prosecution, Karim, the husband of Aya Adel, referred to the trial on charges of a felony that prompted a person to commit suicide – his wife – and the charge of physical abuse of the victim, after proving the forensic report because of the presence of modern and old wounds in her body.
It was stated in the papers of Aya Adel, which Cairo 24 is unique in publishing that the Jordanian investigation authorities brought them the following charges:
– A felony carried a person to commit suicide, contrary to the provisions of Article 2/339 of the Penal Code.
The misdemeanor of the abuse, contrary to the provisions of Article (334) of the Penal Code.
