President Abdel -Fattah El -Sisi left this evening, the Russian capital, Moscow, after his participation in the seventy -ninth anniversary celebrations of the Nazi Victory Day, which took place in the red square in the presence of a number of leaders and leaders of the countries.

President Sisi arrived in Moscow on Thursday, in response to an official invitation from his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, to participate in the ceremony, which is one of the most prominent national events in Russia, where it commemorates the victory of the Soviet Union in World War II.
The visit witnessed a bilateral meeting between the Egyptian and Russian presidents, dealing with ways to enhance bilateral relations, and discussed a number of regional and international files of common concern, foremost of which are developments in the Middle East, and some economic, tourism and industrial files.
Earlier, President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi met his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, on the sidelines of the victory day in the Russian capital, Moscow.
President Abdel -Fattah El -Sisi said the meeting of Russian President Philadimir Putin: “I am pleased to meet you again the Russian President and I extend to you on the occasion of the celebrations of the Victory Day, which I was keen to participate in to confirm our pride in relations with Russia, which culminated in the comprehensive strategic partnership agreement signed in 2018.”
President Abdel -Fattah El -Sisi continued: “He also praised the pace of the mechanisms of political consultation and joint political and technical committees, and I would like to express wishes for success for the 15th session of the Joint Committee for Commercial, Economic, Scientific and Technical Cooperation in Moscow during the 12-15 May this year and its exit with fruitful results.”
