Major General Ibrahim Abu Limon, Governor of Menoufia, announced the completion of all preparations related to preparatory certificate exams and transportation of transportation at all educational levels, confirming the continuous field follow -up to provide an appropriate environment for students and overcoming obstacles in front of them.
Preparing 421 committees to receive 92,000 students in preparatory exams
The governor explained that the entire exam committees were prepared in preparation for the launch of the first round exams of the academic year 2024-25, stressing the importance of intensifying efforts to ensure the regularity of the exam process, and to activate operating rooms to monitor any obstacles and deal immediately with them.
For his part, Dr. Mohamed Salah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Menoufia, confirmed that 421 exam committees have been equipped to receive 92,243 male and female students to perform the general and professional preparatory certificate exams, with 400 general preparatory certificate committees that include 86 thousand and 12 male and female students, and 21 committees for professional preparatory certificate receive 6 thousand and 231 students.
He also explained that the preparation of schools in which the transportation classes are held, as it includes 965 primary schools for 589 thousand and 477 students, and 620 preparatory schools for 199 thousand and 287 students, as well as high school schools that receive 93 thousand and 648 students to take the first and second secondary exams.
With regard to technical education, 7 agricultural schools were equipped for 4 thousand and 458 students, 37 commercial schools for 21 thousand and 986 students, 31 industrial schools for 36 thousand and 972 students, in addition to 4 dual education schools that receive 4 thousand and 222 students.
The Undersecretary confirmed the activation of the main operations room at the Directorate’s Court and linked them to sub -rooms to educational departments, to monitor any complaints or obstacles and deal immediately with them, stressing that the exams will take place in a safe and organized environment.
The Governor of Menoufia stressed the need to cooperate between the heads of local units and educational departments in providing full support for the exam committees, while intensifying cleaning work and preventing the presence of street vendors in the vicinity of schools, stressing that no compromise will not be tolerated with any violations that violate discipline within the committees.
