Abu Dhabi: “The Gulf”, “Act Abu Dhabi” affiliated to the Emirates Foundation, the National Initiative “Square” launched a introductory workshop held at the institution’s headquarters, in the presence of representatives of government agencies, community institutions, media and logistical partners, in the context of integrated national efforts to support societal initiatives during the year 2025, which was devoted to be the “year of society”. The workshop witnessed an active participation of a number of concerned authorities, a number of academic institutions and partners from the private sector, where opportunities for cooperation and integration were reviewed between government and private agencies, and highlighting the importance of media, logistical and cultural roles in supporting the initiative.
