The General Authority for Pensions and Social Insurance confirmed that the insured deserves the pension, if his service ends due to death, deficit or lack of health fitness, for health reasons, regardless of age and the duration of the subscription to the authority. This comes within the framework of the “topic of the month” in which it focuses on raising awareness of the provisions of medical retirement and its conditions, due to the lack of health fitness to work, to clarify the rights of the insured, and its insurance benefits according to these cases.
