A source from inside the Andrev company commented on the incident of a woman who works as a dentist from a company belonging to the company, after a verbal altercation with the driver due to the difference on the destination and the car path, in the Haram area in Giza.
The source said in a statement to Cairo 24: We deal with these matters and accidents in the utmost seriousness, and we are fully committed to ensuring the safety and welfare of all users.

The source added: The press news that was published about the incident does not bear the details of the username, contact information or flight number, so we cannot conduct an internal examination at this stage, and as a result, we cannot yet confirm whether the accident relates to a trip that took place through Andreff or not, and as soon as it is confirmed that we will take immediate and strict measures.
The source pointed to the blocking of any driver that violates the company’s safety policies permanently, continuing: safety remains at the top of our priorities, and we urge all users to reserve trips through the application to ensure trace and support in a timely manner if necessary, and we welcome any additional information and fully prepared to cooperate with the relevant authorities when receiving an official request from the responsible authorities.
A dentist jumping from the Andrev car
A woman working as a dentist was injured in separate parts of her body, after she jumped from a car belonging to Andrev to deliver the citizens, after a verbal argument with the driver due to the difference on the destination and the car’s path, in the Haram area of Giza.
The lady edited a report at the Haram Police Department, in which she reported that she was injured as a result of her jumping from the Andrev car, after the driver refused to change his course, and to be inspired by insulting and slander, which called her to throw her herself outside the car.
