Pakistan Prime Minister Mohamed Shahbaz Sharif said today, Saturday, that his country won the war, accusing India of waging an unjustified war, congratulating his country’s army of success, describing it as historic, after US President Donald Trump announced that India and Pakistan agreed to a immediate ceasefire.
Sharif added that the Pakistani armed forces succeeded in destroying the air and military bases of the enemy, and they were also able to shoot down Rafale aircraft in the context of the military response at the recent escalation.
Sherif stressed that Pakistan won the war, stressing that the response came “in a similar way but in a more effective way,” adding: “We explained to the enemy that it is necessary to sit at the negotiating table.”
The Sharif of India was accused of killing innocent citizens, praising the Pakistani army, which he described as “preserving the homeland and its capabilities with a valor.”
