The team received the first corner of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, head of the National Guard at his office in the Presidency of the National Guard, today, Monday, Major General Saleh Mohammed bin Mujrun Al -Amiri, Commander of the National Guard of the sisterly United Arab Emirates and the accompanying delegation, in the presence of the team, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa, Director of the National Guard Staff.
During the meeting, His Highness the President of the National Guard welcomed the Commander of the UAE National Guard and the accompanying delegation, praising His Highness the depth of Bahraini -Emirati relations built on a historical basis linking the Kingdom of Bahrain and the sisterly United Arab Emirates, stressing His Highness to enhance bilateral cooperation between the two sides in various fields, in the forefront of the military and defense.
Topics of common concern were reviewed, especially in developing the prospects for cooperation and enhancing levels and coordination between the Bahraini Guard and National and its Emirati counterpart, by exchanging experiences in the areas of training at the bilateral level.
In turn, Major General Saleh Mohammed bin Muqrin Al -Amiri, Commander of the UAE National Guard, pointed to the depth of the close historical relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the UAE, stressing his country’s keenness to continue to intensify efforts to deepen and develop it at all levels and axes in light of the support of the leaders of the two brotherly countries.
