Luxor Governorate witnessed the opening of the multi -handicapped classes at the Al -Amal School for the Deaf and Hadaf of Hearing, in an unprecedented step towards integrating and qualifying students with anxiety in Upper Egypt, in the presence of Dr. Hisham Abu Zaid, Deputy Governor, and a number of educational and executive leaders.
The opening of the first integrated center of its kind to qualify students in Upper Egypt … and free services to integrate them into society
The opening came with the participation of Sahar Al -Alfi, Director General of the General Administration of Special Education at the Ministry of Education, Majda Fahmy, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Nidaa Association for the Rehabilitation of Children who are hearing impairment and people with multiple disabilities, Dr. Safwat Jarrah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education in Luxor, and Sayed Ahmed Al -Noubi, Director of the Directorate of Special Education in the Directorate, as well as education leaders in the governorate.


Integrated center and free qualification .. real support, not slogans
During his tour, the Deputy Governor listened to a detailed explanation about the capabilities of the new chapters, which includes two chapters for the multi -handcuffs, an electronic lines laboratory, and a sensory integration room, within a rehabilitation center that is the first of its kind in Luxor, providing completely free services for children with determination.


The center aims to provide students with the necessary skills and develop their capabilities, in a way that qualifies them for self -reliance and integration into society, within a comprehensive vision to enable them psychologically, cognitively and behaviorally.
Students are creating .. artistic performances and festive sports
The opening activities included impressive artistic and sports shows presented by students of Al -Amal School, in the presence of their families and teachers, and the deputy governor inspected a number of educational facilities inside the school, including the gym, the speech room, the guiding center for the deaf and dumb, the buds hall, the clothing department, and the library.


Deputy Governor: “People with anxiety are our top priority”
Dr. Hisham Abu Zaid expressed his pride in this project, stressing that the Egyptian state, led by President Abdel Fattah El -Sisi, attaches great attention to our children with determination, praising the educational services provided to them in Luxor.
He pointed out that the governorate, under the auspices of Eng. Abdul -Muttalib, the governor of Luxor Governor, is working to provide all means of support and care for people with determination, in the context of the trend towards making Luxor a friendly province of this category, ensuring that they obtain their rights and services in a generous and fair manner.
