The Mabard Holding Company announced an annual increase of 11.6% in its profits for the first quarter of 2025, supported by the increase in the revenues of the real estate sector.
The net profit during the first three months of the current year reached 410.55 thousand Kuwaiti dinars, compared to 367.87 thousand dinars in the same period in 2024. The financial statements also showed the growth of operational revenues by 9.3% to reach 534.41 thousand dinars in the first quarter of 2025.
On the other hand, the results of the fourth quarter of 2024 witnessed a sharp decline in net profits by 73.4% on an annual basis, as the profits reached 239.78 thousand dinars, compared to 902.44 thousand dinars in the fourth quarter of 2023.
In terms of full annual performance, the company recorded profits of 1.42 million dinars in 2024, compared to 1.92 million dinars in 2023, which reflects a 26%decrease.
It is noteworthy that the Mabard Holding Company, known as a “cooler”, is a public joint stock company listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange since July 2007. It works in the transport sector, with a special focus on truck transport. Its headquarters are in Kuwait City, and it was founded in March 1996.
